Founded by Heath and Tiffany Littrell, HL Construction has grown over more than two decades from a small family-owned business into a trusted contractor serving municipalities, utility districts, commercial clients, and property owners throughout Tennessee. Along the way, we have remained committed to the values that shaped our company from the beginning: integrity, accountability, hard work, service to others, and treating people the right way.
