Subcontractor Checklist This is a list of forms that must be completed and submitted by each subcontractor.
Subcontractor Contact Information This needs to be completed prior to start of job to ensure we have correct and updated contact information.
W-9 A W-9  must be completed by each subcontractor.
Insurance HL Construction must be added as additional insured.
Warranty Form This needs to be completed at the end of every job for closeout purposes.
Final Lien Waiver This needs to be completed and sent at the end of the job with your warranty letter for closeout purposes.
